Why would you put the apple symbol. He did not only make apple, he also made a family. It's not only about his inventions it's about how young he died and the fact he battled cancer for several years. You should be ashamed of yourself for only remembering his inventions.

He was known for his inventions. Applying that very recognizable icon that he made famous to it is only normal and logical. Put the faces of his family there and 99% of all people won't know how this is supposed to be connected to Steve.

I'm no Apple fan and I probably never will be, but I'll still pay respects to Mr Steve Jobs. :) Anybody that has provided anything to us in this world deserves respect.

haters gonna hate. i never realy cared about S. Jobs myself either, until i read an article in journal talking about him and explaining all the things he've done. the funny thing is, all you trolls out there dont even know but if it wasnt him, you wouldn't even know how to use a computer. so if you dont respect this great man, the least you can do is not to hate.

It's really sad. It's also quite funny because there would've been a lot of people expecting money and instead I think the money is going towards charity.

I do wonder this though. For a person that supposedly did so much, he wasn't talked about much until after his death.

He chose wisely to stay more in the shadows. He took the quote, "Don't try to be a great man; be a man and let history make the judgments" to heart even before it was said. He changed the world and did it well.

LOL i got the greatest reaction, sorry but it realy dosnt matter if the person didnt actualy affect your life. i feel tereble that he died, but everyone fucking dies, dont just be sad all the time, because someone dies in the world, then you would be sad every second.

You use a computer with a graphical user interface, right...
Or are you browsing the web on with a command line?

Jobs saw what a GUI could do at Zerox.
He connected it to the consumer.
EVEN if you have never used a Mac,
He inspired Microsoft to create Windows to compete with it.

That's only looking at one concept. The man had design concepts for a tablet computer in 1981 or 82. He made MP3 players cheap and affordable by making them commonplace. He made the purchase of online music easy. I could go on till I hit a character limit if I wanted. I won't. Truth be told, the man was a little crazy too. There's a fine razor's edge separating genius and insanity... Steve Jobs loved to DANCE on that razor's edge. He contributed so much to our modern world, and unless you're AMISH or TRIBAL, he has had an effect on your life.

I think the man was an ass.
:iconlunachallengeplz:

But I also respect his ass!
